1. The voice
I started this development from the point of view that the most important factor for the success of a music instrument, be it electronic or not, is its voice. Many electronic music instruments sound, deliberately or not, artificial and synthetic. What may be fine for a synthesizer in an experimental environment must not be the optimum for an already historical electronic music instrument. Thus I decided to give the Theremincello three voices which can be selected by the player. An additional filter switch will allow to make subtle adjustments on these timbres.
The following sound samples are the result of my circuit simulations. Please expect them to sound more "true" in reality after I will have built the circuit and optimized it by ear.
The main voice: String
A "classical" string voice. The Filter settings allow to adjust slightly resonances and harmonics.
